The FDA created the scale for ranking drugs with A,B,C,D, and X. The A's and B's can be taken without talking to your doctor, the others should never be taken without consulting your doctor first.

THANK YOU!! this is one of the things i worry about the most because i get headaches like everyday!! i've always wondered (and heard speculation) about tylenol, advil, ibuprofen, etc. so this will be very helpful.. down the road!! :)
